27th February - 29th February `08

27th Feb

First day of camp at Dairy Farm Adventure camp, so everyone was kind of blurblur. The dorm really sucks, cause there's wooden platforms for us to sleep on only. Hmm. We hiked Bukit Timah right after lunch, I think, and the lunch for the first day SUCKS! The vegetables were damn hard, the chicken wings were bloody. Ewww. Then we hiked Bukit Timah. So, before we actually went really into the "forest", Uncle Alan, the Nature Guide taught us how to play arrows using lalang. Seriously fun. Double Thumbs-up for Uncle Alan! Then we hiked deep, till we reached some big pipes. No no, HUMONGOUS pipes that pipes water from JB to Singapore. Heh. We weren't supposed to go onto it, cause you might actually fall and Trainer Shawn would get into trouble. Oh, Trainer Shawn was my group's trainer. Trainer OPIE was Group Two's. During the hike, we actually saw three monitor lizards, three squirrels, one er... blackish bird, I forgot the name. So ya, that's how "lucky" we were. I was quite surprised that I didn't get mosquito bites --- AT ALL! Wow. So after the hike was dinner. It was much better, but the rice was kind of hard. (Sorry for the complains, but it is.) Then it was followed by a night walk. Night walk was a bit scary. But then, who cares. We walked to the granite hills which we passed by during the day hike. Oh ya, about that clearing. There was two granite hills, one on the left, one on the right. On the center it was clear, but the hills were once joined. The granite on the center had been used for building expressways. It was a big field, and Aaron said that they might just try their formation there, and let the other school hear it. >< So back to night walk. The field now was cool, and when you lift up your head, you can see the stars. Very clearly. And even the constellations! Really, I don't lie. How I wished to lie down. But I couldn't because of the trainers. ARGH! After that, we went back to Dairy Farm and then finished up with reflections and supper. Supper was curry puff. :D Went to sleep at 12am. Maybe later because of Jiaying and Crystal. =x

28th February

I woke myself up, and the others too. Today was High Elements. We washed up, although some clean freaks went to bathe in the clogged-up toilet. Hmm, I was wondering why Dorm 2A and B's toilet was like out of bounds. o.O So never mind, yeah. After that was breakfast --- Nasi Lemak. Ikan bilis were hard to chew, so I ate only the rice and eggs. Nice lor. Serious, haha. Alot of people said that this was the best meal, but I beg to differ. I thought that Day 3's breakfast was the nicest. :D But let's go on. After that Shawn and OPIE took us to Dorm 1A and 1B to do Area Cleaning. I literally did nothing lah. Haha. Then we went for the CRC. I don't know what that means, but briefly, it has five stations, the left being the easiest, and the right one being the hardest. o.O I was lucky enough to get the easiest. Although Jiaying didn't manage to get up, and then she cried. God, it was terribly easy. Then when it was Ze Xuan's turn, he even clapped while walking. Haha! When lunch came, it was disaster. Shermin told Mdm Normilah that Seng Jung used stones to hit her head. But then actually he wanted to hit Mingyong de, but then serves Seng Jung right lah, he everytime look so childish de. Then Seng Jung told Mdm Normilah that someone stole his padlock and key of a bag which stored his Doraemon clothes. Hello, who would want to steal his things? I bet he cooked up the story as to distract Mdm Normilah. Doraemon is cute, but then I wouldn't want to steal it. DUMBO! After that, we went back to High Elements. ARGH! Flying fox was under repair. So we did rock-climbing and abseiling. Abseiling was fun. :D After which we rehearsed our camp cheers. For campfire. SO CAMPFIRE CAME! So super duper uber fun lah. Everyone was enthu. :D After campfire we went to shower and then sleep.

29th February

Last day of camp, also not really good. After bidding farewell to DFC, I slept on the bus. When I reached Deyi, I left my wallet there. So I told Mr Tan, and luckily I remembered the bus license plate number (I don't know why). Hopefully my wallet comes back to me tomorrow. Then I went back home. Upon reaching my bus-stop, I fell on the pavement. WALAO EH. So unlucky lor. Zzz.
